Carol Turner | Practice Manager
Carol has 15 years’ experience in retail, of which 12 years were in management.
Carol worked herself up from trainee to Operations Manager, within Boots The Chemist.
The, when they opened up Dental practices, Carol was promoted to Practice Manager.
Carol has over 15 years’ experience in dental management, with experience at both practice and area level, in new and established practices.
In her own time Carol enjoys spending her time with friends and family, reading, watching films and walking with her 2 dogs.

Michelle Reid | Clinical Manager & Senior Dental Nurse GDC No: 111579
Michelle has been a Dental Nurse since leaving school back in 1996. She took a couple of years away from dental nursing to try other career paths but nothing gave her as much enjoyment or job satisfaction so she returned to nursing in 2003 and has never looked back!
Michelle gained her qualification in Dental Nursing in 2004, and has since qualified in Radiography, Conscious Sedation Nursing, Oral Health Education and Implant Nursing. Michelle is also certified to take impressions.
She joined heath DENTAL in August 2010 and since then has achieved the position of Clinical Manager which she loves.
Michelle says working at heath DENTAL is great, every day is different and there are always new challenges.
She thoroughly enjoys her job and takes great pride in delivering a high standard of care for our patients.
When she is not at work Michelle enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family, especially her gorgeous nephew’s.
She likes good food and good movies, and does her best to keep fit by swimming regularly and going to the gym.

Alison Fry | Dental Nurse GDC no: 236092
Alison joined the team at heath DENTAL in August 2010 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in June 2012.
Alison says that her career is varied, interesting and extremely rewarding.
A vital part of her role is to help reassure our patients ensuring they are relaxed and comfortable whilst in our care.
She prides herself in the excellent care that heath DENTAL as a team provides.
In her spare time she likes to read and spend time with her family.

Emma Blakeley | Dental Nurse GDC No: 205473
Emma joined the team back in 2008, getting straight on with training to become a qualified dental nurse. She had succeeded with this by Dec 2009 and finally received her official qualification on Christmas Eve 2010.
Emma also writes practice newsletter as well as other varied tasks and it is this diversity which interests her.
She finds great satisfaction in supporting her patients and continually learning new things, this continues at home where she is also studying for an English Language degree with The Open University.
Emma has two young children and two rabbits and when she gets some rare spare time she enjoys practising her baking and crochet skills.
Dawne Astill | Dental Nurse GDC No: 121608
Dawne has been with the practice since it opened in August 2005. Dawne is a qualified dental nurse and also works on reception.
When not working, Dawne enjoys reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Rebecca Carr | Hygienist Therapist GDC No. 259543
Whilst on her gap year, Rebecca worked at a dental practice in Bristol and was here that she discovered her enthusiasm for a career in dentistry.
Rebecca went on to complete her training at Cardiff Dental Hospital and passed her exams in July 2015 with 1st Class honours.
Rebecca joined the practice in October 2015. In her spare time she enjoys running and has taken part in many long distance runs and hopes to do her first marathon soon! Rebecca is also a keen traveller and enjoys experiencing new places.
Paula Bridge | Dental Nurse
Paula has been working as a dental nurse since leaving school and gained her qualification in dental nursing in 1998.
Paula started worked at the practice in May 2017 and is looking to expand her knowledge and skills further in dentistry, which will allow her to be involved in more complex treatments.
She prides herself on helping patients be more at ease and providing a safe and clean environment.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Paula also enjoys reading and gardening.

Beverley Crump | Patient Care Adviser
Beverley is originally from Northamptonshire, she moved to the Solihull area in 1997.
Beverley trained as a hairdresser with Toni & Guy, and has worked in salons in Stratford upon Avon & Warwick.
She has 3 children and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dog, getting engrossed in a good book, watching films and photography.
One of her big passions is listening to music, in particular, seeing music live.
