Continuity and Loyalty
Welcome to October’s HeathDENTAL Blog.
This month I want to talk about continuity and loyalty.
In the modern age of instant gratification, geographical freedom of movement and lack of responsibility for one’s actions (in some quarters), it’s very easy to pack up and move on when things become a challenge.
We all know how when we visit a doctors surgery we end up seeing some new doctor each time, often for this very reason.
That is why I want to applaud, congratulate and thank Sean Power, our senior dentist here at HeathDENTAL.
He has just celebrated 10 years as an integral part of our team, showing all the qualities highlighted above, together with being an exceptionally talented dentist and good human being.
His patients and colleagues, I am sure are grateful for the continuity and consistency he brings, which allows him to form great relationships with his patients, all leading to the fulfilment of our practice promise, to deliver calm and caring, pain free dentistry.
It is always much easier to do this when you see the same trusted face every time.
Congratulations Emma and Michelle
Well done to Emma and Michelle for obtaining their certificate of competence for taking dental impressions!
Core Value Winner
Alison was our winner last week for our core value progression.
Alison learnt new skills last week and attended the Dentistry show.
Well done Alison!
Our stand at the Dickens Heath Festival on the Green. We had a tombola and sold used books and promoting the practice and raised £130 for dental mavericks!

Happy 10th Birthday!!
On the 30th August 2015, Heath Dental was 10 years old. Here are some of the photos from our little birthday celebration…
The Heath Dental Team On Water!
On the 14th September the "Fear Free" team at Heath Dental decided to get out of their comfort zone and spend the day sailing down the canal on a barge!
A great day was had by all, and we certainly learned a few new things about each other.
We all had to work together to control the boat and to navigate our way along the canal.
You can see the team in action below.

That’s right, Heath Dental was 8 years old on the 30th August 2013. Over the last 8 years Sat and the rest of the ‘Fear Free’ dental team have helped hundreds of our patients to improve their dental health and help them to maintain their beautiful smiles.
We would like to thank you for your continued support.
Here’s to the next 8 years!
