Welcome to October’s HeathDENTAL Blog.
This month I want to talk about continuity and loyalty.
In the modern age of instant gratification, geographical freedom of movement and lack of responsibility for one’s actions (in some quarters), it’s very easy to pack up and move on when things become a challenge.
We all know how when we visit a doctors surgery we end up seeing some new doctor each time, often for this very reason.
That is why I want to applaud, congratulate and thank Sean Power, our senior dentist here at HeathDENTAL.
He has just celebrated 10 years as an integral part of our team, showing all the qualities highlighted above, together with being an exceptionally talented dentist and good human being.
His patients and colleagues, I am sure are grateful for the continuity and consistency he brings, which allows him to form great relationships with his patients, all leading to the fulfilment of our practice promise, to deliver calm and caring, pain free dentistry.
It is always much easier to do this when you see the same trusted face every time.
