I took my niece and nephew for their dental check ups and found it a very pleasant experience. The surgery is extremely clean with hand sanitiser available and the staff are very friendly and professional. There is also plenty of parking within walking distance so i would highly recommend this practice to anybody looking for dental treatment or adviceread more

I'm not scared of the dentist but I don't like some of the injections. Sat always talked me through every stage and gave me time by numbing the roof of my mouth before using the syringe, thereby stopping all the pain that I was dreading.I now have a full set of bottom teeth and a new denture at the top which looks much more natural than previously. Although it did not affect anyone else I am much more confident in the way I feel and look.They are also wonderful in their aftercare - I have received calls from both Sat and Emma asking if everything is ok after I completed my treatment - 5* service.Thank you to everyone from the receptionists to the nurses , hygienist and of course Sat himself.read more

I did the 6 month smile with Joanna and I cannot believe how amazing the service, level of detail and end result were.I had been wanting to have my teeth straightened for years after noticing gaps that were newly forming and also, after years of not feeling very confident about my smile.Joanna gave me a really good initial consultation where she explained everything really well and in a format which I could understand.From start to finish, despite how anxious I was about going to the dentist, I was made to feel comfortable and listened to if I had any concerns.When my braces finally came off, Joanna explained the whitening process to me and also gave me flowers as a congratulations for my new smile!Super happy with my experience here, could not have asked for anything better 😊read more

Heath Dental practice is the most professional and competent dental practice I have ever attended. The staff and dentists are so polite and attentive and my recent treatments with Sat Kelley have given me none of the usual unpleasant feelings that I have always had with visiting the dentist. I would recomend this practice especially to anyone who has fear of attending the dentist to give them a try.I recently convinced my wife to go there for her treatment with Sat Kelley and she has been terrified of the "dentists chair" for over 50 years.When she came out of her 1st treatment last week I asked her "how was it" and her response was truly unbelieveable - "It was fantastic and Sat Kelley is one of the nicest people I have ever met, he was so caring and friendly which made me feel so relaxed for tyhe whole time I was in the chair that I have already booked my next treatment in 2 months time and am not reluctant about going like I usually am".read more

I have been a patient of Sat now for a few years and to say I’m the nervous patient from hell is an understatement!! I had to to have a root canal filling today and all I can say is I never felt a thing from the moment I sat in the chair to the moment I got out…. I was so nervous and full of anxiety that I wanted to run in fear of what people had told me from their experiences with their dentists. Had a front tooth implant. This is a tooth that was damaged over 40 years ago and has been various crowns since. Recently problems and unpleasant procedures led me to commit to Sat and an implant. He firstly removed the problem cause then set about diligently creating the implant which was a combined process of skilled procedure and artistic creation. Reducing pain and discomfort was a constant priority and his patience and calming nature made it all entirely bearable. I am not wealthy so money was a consideration but I can honestly say the value element is considerable. The end result absolutely awesome thank you👍read more

I was a very nervous patient before I met Naveen at Heath Dental. I was horrified by the thought of having a root canal and Naveen took the time to call me beforehand to put me at ease. I went today for first time I left so happy .Joanna Keetarut such a lovely calming lady.I had two badly chipped sharp front teeth with a large gap in middle.She Filled the gap repaired teeth and matched coulor perfect.She could she I was so happy.Sad I had to put mask on and could not show what a good job she had done.Also on my check I got a new gum shield as I grind my teeth she was brill at information on why I get pain in my jaw and sinus all alot better now with right fitting one . Visited the practice to be seen by the hygienist who I have to say is brilliant.Thorough but also very gentle. I have seen quite a few hygienists over the years and many treat you like they are digging up the garden. This experience was so pleasant and I actually look forward to going. Staff at Heath dental are fantastic. Every single person from reception, nurses and dentists have been so kind and comforting. Everytime I had an anxiety about my root canal they were so reassuring and kind, I never felt judged in anyway and always left with a smile on my face! Sat is wonderful and always kept me comfortable. Me and Sat share a love of food and cooking so we would talk about our recipes amongst very uncomfortable dental procedures, which really was exceptional service. I travel an hour to get to Heath Dental, I do this because they are, in my opinion, the best dentists in the midlands. Today I had a filling done by Sat using his laser, it was fast, pain free and carried out without an injection. I have been terrified of the dentist since a child with awful experiences at the "clinic" which has stayed with me into adulthood, I also have various complicated health problems that make it difficult for dentist to carry out treatments easily, I had not been to the dentist for probably 4 yrs plus until a friend recommended Mr.Sat Kelley at Heath Dental, still full of trepidation I made the appointment and have since had 2 fillings and I can honestly say the treatment was totally pain free I did not even feel the injection for first one and 2nd one not even have any numbing and still painless - really cannot thank Mr.Kelly and his lovely nurse enough for being so patient with me - highly recommend Mr Kelley and his staff.read more

100% Heath Dental in Dickens Heath, they advertise pain free dentistry, only dentist I've had the guts to go back to in years. My dentist is Nav a lovely understanding guy and they have even allowed me to book my own nurse Alison for my appointments too, because she has such a calming aura. If she is working with a different dentist that day they will swap her for my appointments. Hope she never leaves.read more

I'm halfway through a very complicated course of treatment with Sat and his team. I have to say that it has been totally pain free so far, having had ten extractions and prototype dentures fitted. I have been visiting Heath Dental since the practice first opened and after visiting Mr Kelly this week I thought why have I never given them a true review.On entering the practice it is extremely clean looking and very welcoming. The staff are always smiling and know me on first name terms. It's always lovely to have a chat whilst waiting, which is never very long as most of my visits I am seen on time.I love going to the dentist, I love the feeling of knowing I'm in great oral health and showing off my lovely clean gnashers!But I understand many people do not feel that way. I've had to have 2 root canal filling of late and further treatment of crowns fitted. I cannot express the confidence I have in Mr Kelly. When they say pain free dentistry they mean it. I am even brave enough to go anaesthetic free now. The care and attention they give to all their patients is above and beyond.
