I recently saw Joanna for a check up and to have composite bonding on my front teeth. I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist as it makes me rather anxious/ nervous, however upon meeting Joanna she instantly put me at ease, she took her time ensuring I was all okay throughout both procedures and would always go out of her way to check if I had any concerns. I would highly recommend Joanna and her team at Heath Dental as I have been very impressed and it has made me feel more confident about the prospect of future dental treatments.

It's almost a pleasure to visit the dentist these days. At Heath Dental you are greeted with a smile and positive cheerfulness and any anxieties lessen as you wait for treatment. Not been to the dentist for a very long time. Location is accessible, with plenty of free parking front and rear.Practice itself is very clean, receptionist are very helpful and warming.Mr Sat Kelley did my initional examination then went through the xray's after explaining and showing me the 3D image of the health of my teeth and gums.Cost and treatment estimate was given there and then with a breakdown cost sent to my email.Cannot wait to start treatment😁B

I've always been anxious about dental work but my original check up with Sean Powers made me feel very calm, he discussed with me in detail where I was with my dental health and we together made a plan on how to get me to where i should be. It was very reassuring and I was booked in with a Hygienist called Ishmael the same day.Ishmael worked swiftly and diligently and he encouraged me to raise my hand if I wanted a rest which I did as my jaw was aching at one point. He was very patient and happily answered any and all of my questions in detail. I was very pleased with this service, and now feel much more confident not just with my smile but in regards to any further dental work I may need in the future.

Dr Sat Kelley is just the best dentist ever !! If you have a phobia of needles worry no more. I arrived for my appointment today and was give a digital anaesthetic yes digital!! No pain at all did not even realise it had been done. Things are moving forward in dentistry Sat and his team are a different level. If you don’t have a dentist this is the place to go. I had a dental implant at Heath Dental and the service from start to finish was excellent. They were informative and very professional throughout. When my crown was done after years of it falling out I needed a long term solution. I searched a few private dentists as implants are not an NHS treatment. Heath Dental stood out from the rest. Sat Kelley provided the reassurances I needed from the initial consultations through to final implant. I'd happily recommend Heath Dental. A very professional and well run dentist.

Absolute 5STAR service for Health dental. Every single person part of the service is top tier and makes you so comfortable and valued as a patient. I had a horrific experience with another private dental service so had huge anxiety to return to a dentist as I have a lot of serious work that needed to be done. But the focus that Sat and his team have on creating a np pain environment and so supportive is amazing. I almost fell asleep in my last appointment even with 3 fillings! There is nothing I would say that needs to be better other than I wish it was closer, as I drive up from Kent for the service. But I think that just shows how much coming here is worth it. If you have anxiety about the dentist, have no fear when you come to health dental.

I found heath dental after lots of phone calls and emails it was there website that attracted me at first it gives lots of information about the practice and the staff so I made the appointment after my first meeting with Sat and Michele I was convinced this was the place for me and two months later I have white teeth and not stained teeth I can smile again thanks guys..then I meet rachel Tsang who monitors your teeth and gums now Rachel will make sure you are doing this correctly by giving you simple instructions to follow she has managed to get mine down from a 7% rating which is not good to 4% rating in 2 months brilliant what can I achieve in the next 2 months it might even be 0% being the best thanks Rachel simply the best see you in February ,Billy

Thankyou for using the new anaesthetic for freezing my mouth. The treatment was still pain free but there was no feeling of numbness. I was able to return to normal eating and drinking straight after the appointment which was just as well as my daughter had invited herself round for lunch!

OMG! The day of the dreaded tooth extraction had arrived. Bad past experiences with dentist practitioners had made me so fearful of another tooth extraction that I hadn’t been to the dentist’s for years. A recent infection drew me back and this time I went to Heath Dentist in Dickens Heath (they helped me previously as an emergency case). The dentist applied numbing cream, which I assume is used for children lol 😂 , the the first injection. Not gonna lie but you know a needle in the gum is painful. A couple of minutes later the second injection around the said tooth. NOT A THING FELT! I could not believe it. The last time it took 12 injections!!! The dentist then went in with the pliers and nothing. The last time I heard and felt crunching sounds. A few minutes later the dentist is putting the wadding in to stem blood and I didn’t even realise the tooth was out! Overall I had a good experience this time and my fear of dentist’s is reduced . This was down to the amazing man Mr Naveen Katyal. I highly recommend this practice for dentistry work as not only Mr Katyal was welcoming, polite, friendly and professional, but the dentist nurse (whose hand I nearly broke squeezing 🤦♀️) and the reception staff were too.
